Where ever home may be, we come to YOU. You provide a space to work and a strong desire to meet your goals, we take care of the rest! Our therapist will provide a treatment table and any necessary equipment. No prescription? No problem! Your concierge therapist will take the time to explain what direct access is and what it means for you.

In-Home services include:

90-minute comprehensive initial evaluation
60-minute follow-up treatments
Comprehensive sport & fitness related movement analyses, space and weather permitting.
Comprehensive ergonomic assessment, recommendations & modifications for home-life workspaces.

At-Work Physical Therapy

Tight schedule at the office? We work where you work! Space permitting, our therapist will provide a treatment table and any necessary equipment.

At-Work services include:

90-minute comprehensive initial evaluation
60-minute follow-up treatments
Comprehensive ergonomic assessment, recommendations & modifications

Virtual Physical Therapy

Prefer to meet virtually? We provide telehealth! Our therapist will consult with you via video conferencing to meet your rehabilitation needs.

Telehealth services include:

90-minute comprehensive initial evaluation
60-minute follow-up treatments
Ergonomic assessment, recommendations & modifications

Our 60-minute Wellness sessions can be customized to meet your individual needs to maintain your hard earned gains. These unique services can be delivered in-home or online from wherever YOU are!
